Riverside Orchard Children’s Ministry

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” (Mat. 19:14) With this in mind, our focus is to bring children closer to Jesus through Biblical lessons, role-models, and hands-on activities.

Calvary Chapel Riverside provides a dedicated learning environment for children ages one through ten. This allows the adults to focus on the Bible study while the children have their own study geared toward the individual age groups. We place great emphasis on structured learning and worship.

The care and safety of your children is very important to us at Calvary Chapel. Every worker in our Children’s Ministry must pass a criminal background check. Children have designated classrooms with scheduled curriculum and activities. A parent’s peace of mind during Worship and Fellowship time is also very important. For this reason, we use a silent Parent Paging System to immediately and discreetly contact a parent if it becomes necessary. We provide a Mothers Room overlooking the sanctuary. This room is reserved for mothers and their nursing infants. Mothers may access this room through the Children’s Ministry.

Our desire is to minister to the needs of everyone who attends this fellowship. Therefore, in order to better meet the needs of our children and create an environment for study, we ask that you allow your children, age 10 and under to participate in the class provided for them.
